  • Five Gold Stars for Staff be it Medical or Admin. See my Comments below for the Owners of OPlus, Minus -5Black Stars Plus. It has been over 6 moths since my last review. My comments below are relevant to all Medical and Support staff. "What a wonderful cooperative staff at Reception. Their priority is customer first focus and it works. The Medical staff work tirelessly to treat their patients. The Physio Therapist, what I can see, is overworked. Me, as a land owner and have duties on the land and trying to get home over the afternoon Grafton Bridge School Mums Traffic. I have to try and fit in to Thurs or Fri afternoons. the Physio is required and understandably at Seniors Homes for "early morning get out of bed" therapy etc. This at times makes him late to OPlus for appointments which have been confirmed. Also this can be the same with the Gymnasium. In Sydney the times are flexible yet here we are treated like....... with two afternoons, take it or leave it. Lucky for the Staff, I understand and am willing to fit into????. Now, However, let's look overall. With a lack of Doctors no appointments can be made. Staff cannot tell customers if we have a Doctor or Not. Waiting over two/three/four weeks for an appointment is ridiculous "Not all medical centres are created equal! Call us today" That is OPLUS Objective. What a joke! and, what an embarrassment to the staff. The Owners and or appointed Head Office Mangers, have and need to get off their "Big Fat Pay Packets" and start doing their job. Stop this ridiculous "NO DOCTORS" and start employing Full time Doctors at the Clinic. I agree we can still have Doctors as required and for Training Purposes. But, that doesn't help the patients who need continued guidance from One Doctor, be it Male or Female. Especially, when you the Owners inclusive of Head Office Managers, in the Grafton OPlus Statement, inform people you have all the specialities on hand. Further, the practice of having to book through the person you need eg: Physio Therapist, Nutritionist is a farce. I don't have the time to chase Medical staff like the Nutritionist who I see once every 3 moths and now being my responsibility to ring her to confirm appointments. You have Administration Staff to do this. "Use Them." Don't leave the Administration in the embarrassing position of "Sorry We can't help you. I am to contact the Medical Staff eg: Physio Therapist, Nutritionist direct". You could save more money on Admin Staff, by putting in an answering machine and or Computer push button Service with "we are here to help!!!". Why do you as owners/head office managers make life more difficult for all. Sort it out Once and For all. Let administration, Administrate and Let Medical Staff, carry out Medical duties. Finally, the only reason you the owners receive good reviews is because of Your staff on the ground, be it Medical or Administrators. My review for them is 5 Golden Embossed Stars. MY REVIEW FOR THE OWNERS/HEAD OFFICE is Full Royal commission into your practices with a Minus - 56 Black Star Embossed with your review. Further you also need to change your logo to "Not all medical centres are created equal! Call us in four weeks time and we may think about it ......... . Again a BIG thank you to all medical and Administrative Staff, I appreciate your Loyalty not only to the customers for an "Owners Term" . But, also to me as a person. You are Great. To the Owners/Head Office Managers, get your act together. Start thinking with the customer, not against them.

  • Friendly and helpful reception staff. Dr Rumen Kishkin is very thorough and understanding, and I was able to get an 'on the day' appointment. The practice is new and very clean. Great experience.
